Management Traineeship (Europe and Afrex Markets)

Are you recently graduated and looking for an international opportunity to join one of the biggest global soft drinks company with iconic and nationwide loved brands like Schweppes, Lucozade or Orangina? During the traineeship, you will work & live in 4 different countries, covering different business areas to eventually become a Commercial Talent in the Afrex business. After the two-year program, you'll be based in an African country. Are you ready to join this challenge?
The purpose of the 2 years Management Traineeship Program is to develop the skills & knowledge in different areas in the business, in an international environment which enables the candidate to grow into a future Commercial position in the Afrex business. As Management Trainee you will work with both international and national clients and develop depth and breadth across Sales, Finance, and Marketing core areas.
Field Immersion :

Expected learning : Product knowledge (+), laws of growth, portfolio management basics, In market communication
Finance Immersion :
Learns the key building blocks of the financial year. Understands the value chain and its use in a partner negotiation. Provides support to the relevant department, produces required reports with 100% accuracy. The accountabilities could cover but are not restricted to:
Expected learning : Value Chain analysis (different setups), Budget cycle understanding, P&L / KPI understanding
RTM/RGM Immersion :
Learns the key principles of RGM & RTM. Focuses on a project for emerging market. Works with & understands the RGM/RTM reporting. Learns & is exposed to various tools provided and helps there deployment. Delivers OTIF any specific project or supports a team member to deliver needed project. The accountabilities could cover but are not restricted to:
Expected learning : Negotiating / implementing an annual plan, Setting objectives in line with the annual plan, Performance management follow up, RTM/RGM
