Description du poste / Fonctions / Attributions :


The Commercial Excellence Manager, will assist and support ABM/GMs to identify attractive growth opportunities with new customers and to create value propositions & build competitive advantage towards new customer segments



  • Assist-support  ABM/GMs to identify attractive growth opportunities with new customers and to create value propositions & build competitive advantage towards new customer segments. Conduct regular review of customer segmentation and margin management as continuous improvement.
  • Prepare business pipe line review & follow up : prepare monthly business-commercial operations review for Africa Cluster,
  • Support ABM/GMs to implement key global and local commercial projects : distributor management, performance reporting, price management.
  • Act as a key contact in the Cluster for the GCP team to implement corporate initiatives such as : CVM & Commercial operating model, Value + review (margin & profitability review), CRM, sales force effectiveness, BI tools
  • Consolidate and monitor customers consumption in the IB expansion projects
  • Assist the Cluster Management to monitor distributor performance (Quantitative and Qualitative evolution), coordinate local efforts, analysis, and implementation of actions plans
  • Identify commercial performance levers of improvement, Propose and follow operational efficiency initiatives covering Sales phasing, Backorders root causes analysis, Distributors’ profile / RFM payment…
  • Design and implement planning model with the distributors, including an inventory management system.
  • Implement Group innovative solutions in the context of commercial performance and digital road map
  • Share the Group Best practices with distributors sales team
  • Create the mechanisms and processes to capture, analyze and use market / customer data to better understand the competitive environment
  • Support Forecast and Sales Budget Process


Description du profil du candidat :




•  Scientific or business Master’s degree     


Experience & Skills


  • Experience in business-to-business and/or corporate account sales experience with strong understanding & integration of the strategic selling process and contract management
  • Excellent understanding of Finances stakes & KPI
  • Full Knowledge of the company’s products ranges & competitors offer
  • Proven project management skills especially in matrix and international environment
  • Excellent IT skills - (especially Excel and PowerPoint) with analytical ability
  • Ability to manage all the project elements : scope, budget, planning, risk, quality
